We
love a good movie villain, but some are so strange we can't imagine
how they were conceived. Not all movie villains are like Blofeld, Jason Voorhees, or Dr. Evil. Some villains don't even have hands for a hatchet. These "bad guys" are not as obvious, and just too strange for
words. Here are the 20 strangest, weirdest movie villains of all
time:
1
– The Brain From Planet Arous (1957) has the strangest villain ever: a brain without a
body. It just floats around and... thinks. It thinks real bad. It ties with the "Fiend Without A Face" (1958), another brain on the prowl.
2 – Teeth (2007) this one takes the cake. It's a girl whose vag'… hoohaa... has teeth! Who sits in a boardroom and sells this idea to a studio? This has to be the next strangest movie villain ever. Her gynecologist gets frisky with her, and looses 4 fingers. You don't want to know what happens to the boyfriends.
3 – Death Bed: The Bed that Eats (1977) Umm. Ok, so just stay away from the bed. It can't scoot very fast to chase after you.
4 – The Crawling Eye (1958) Eyeballs from space that crawl, grab with their retinal tendrils and choke their victims. Careful, they will stare you down! Don't blink.
5 – The Crawling Hand (1963) How much trouble can a severed hand be?
6
– Night of the Lepus (1972) Bunny rabbits are the evil
creatures here. They hop and bristle their fur.
7 – Attack of the Giant Leeches (1959) can't we just pour salt on them... or, I don't know... run?
8 – The Hearse (1980) A possessed vehicle cruising for victims.
9 – Christine (1983) Same idea, but a cooler car. Great movie, but an unusual villain.
10 – The Blob (1958) remade again in 1988, a good movie with a strange villain: gobs of goo.
11 – The Stuff (1985) more evil goo.
12 – Child's Play (1988) Chucky is an evil doll. A doll, people!
13 – Attack of the Killer Tomatoes (1978) when vegetables go bad, it's chaos in the garden of man.
14 – The Happening (2008) Plants are the story's villains here, but in an odd way. They are not even menacing like the Venus Fly-trap in Little Shop of Horrors. They just think green, and think it hard, to make people go crazy.
15 – Jack Frost (1997) An evil snowman. I actually like this one. I always thought Frosty was a bit too creepy for kids. It makes sense that such a being would go mad.
16 – Ticks (1993) These really do scare me. Ticks are dangerous.
17 – Slugs (1988) the bad guys here are just slow and slimy.
18 – The Refrigerator (1991) Is your refrigerator running? You better go chase it. Worst movie of the year.
19 – The Gingerdead Man (2005) A demonic gingerbread man with a cookie cutter.
20 – Puppet Master (1989) in the same vein as dolls... puppets gone bad.
In
animations: Monster House (2006) An excellent animated film,
but the villain is not normal: it's a house. Recommended viewing for
all ages.

Those are the strangest of the weird horror movie villains ever filmed. Oddly a few of these movies are good, a couple are even great. Not so unusual, is how badly the rest of them stink up the cinema. Check out a few of these movie for a laugh, if nothing else. There is comedic value in bad horror films.
